Historic Porch Reconstruction

This mid-1800’s Italianate inspired house stands high and proud on 22.49 acres of property overlooking the Hudson River Valley. The owners engaged Architex to help complete their vision of a fully restored / renovated home. Planning and design work concentrated around a 747 sq. ft. historically detailed “wrap around” covered-porch expansion / reconstruction.

Other work will include demolition and reconstruction of existing shed roofs + eaves at Living Room and Sunroom areas along the Southside of the building. Construction is scheduled to begin this Summer.
