Best in Building Awards

Architect Tim Gallagher and Capital Region Builder, Schrader and Company, were co-honored with a “Best in Building” award presented by the CRBRA. The association held this first annual BIB awards event at the EMPAC building on the RPI campus in Troy, NY.

Architex and Schrader and Company formed the design/build team for this now award-winning custom camp in Bolton Landing, overlooking Lake George.

Nestled in the trees amongst a community of small seasonal camps, this residence captures a grand view down the lake through large windows in the great room. The design incorporates a covered porch with round timber columns, log siding, exposed rafter eaves and an interior loft with curved balcony overlooking the great room below.
