M+T Bank to Expand Mortgage Division

In response to an improving economy, M+T Bank will be expanding the mortgage division offices located in the Northway 10 Executive Park in Ballston Lake, NY. Architex and commercial contractor RW Dake & Co. will form the design/build team for the 7,000 s.f. expansion project. Alteration/renovation work will include the demolition of (7) enclosed offices to create an “open” floor plan with space for (48) new work stations. (9) remaining rooms will be refurbished as offices, copy rooms and a staff lounge/lunchroom. New carpeting, ceilings, lighting, and HVAC system upgrades in the office “suite” will complete the project.
