This established realty company will undertake a major construction project at it’s main office location on Lake Hill Road. Architex will lead the design, planning and approval process this fall and prepare construction documents for a start early Spring of 2011. Several old additions to the original Greek revival structure will be demolished to make way for a single, larger addition accommodating multiple offices, handicap toilets, staff kitchen, large work room for agents and full height basement for storage and utilities. Site work will include leveling of sloped grade and construction of a retaining wall at the back of the property along with a redesign / expansion of driveways and parking areas.
